Consultation sales training review: “All staff should attend”

The most important things I learned were the “Discovery” and the importance of the “Intent statement”. I think that during this training, participation is important because those who do not participate do not learn. I’ll be implementing these techniques starting Tuesday when next in clinic. This was fantastic, great training and I think all staff should attend.
