Consultation sales training review: “Communicate effectively through body language”
I learned how to find out the crucial and personal dominant buying motives of patients. I learned how to breathe! (How to motivate yourself). Also, I learned how to communicate effectively through body language. I’ll be using all three skills on Monday morning – first day back at work. Rod is very enthusiastic. I appreciate all the effort he put in with our group. I am positive that all my new knowledge will work with great results. Good job!! The training was delivered really well. I just think breaks should be longer – I appreciate that time was restricted but my concentration levels fall without fresh air, etc…
