LiveseySolar presents a full-day masterclass at ESCRS 2014 at the Excel London
We delivered a full-day Masterclass called “Delivering World-Class Medical Consultations” for Surgeons, Healthcare Professionals and Hospital/Clinic Administrators at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. This year’s meeting was held in London on Saturday the 13th of September.
Participants discovered that delivering world-class consultations is easy if they prepare to follow some simple process steps that allow them and their team to consistently deliver an excellent service that results in happy patients.
