I learned how to overcome objections, how to structure a call, and how to take control of the call …once the caller’s needs were established. I was able to implement this when someone was unsure or said “I want to think about it” and as soon as someone wanted to know just about the treatments. I found Rod very good and if it wasn’t for his training I wouldn’t have gotten as many bookings.
