I learned the right questions to ask customers and how to sell without feeling you are “pushy”. I’ll be trying this out as soon as I get my next customer. Rod Solar was energetic. He notices when the people needs “waking up”. He listens to the concerns that people have and he is good at not spending too much time on not so important things.
