Great sense of humour
From the very beginning of the first day (in fact even at dinner the evening before) Rod was very friendly, open and outgoing. Displayed a great sense of humour and an ability to engage with the delegates which made what could have been a long and tedious weekend pass by very quickly and enjoyably.
