Working alongside Laura, the Managing Director of the company, I gained essential knowledge and skills that are fundamentally important in order to support and interact with staff directly. I gained experience working on a range of tasks from administration to recruitment, website induction to internal training management and system management performance focussed on team development.

I was able to use my interest in people’s strengths and became responsible for a project based on the Clifton StrengthsFinder approach. Through this, I created an online development tool that will help staff develop their own strengths and recognise the strengths of others.
