Consultation sales training review: “Avoid any possibility of going back to old habits”
I learned how to best greet patients, how to warm-up patients and listen to their concerns. I also really enjoyed the section on describing features, advantages, and benefits. We will be implementing on the following treatment days. First we’ll have a team meeting to introduce the concepts. Rod Solar, the trainer, was very positive and knowledgeable. He knows his audience. We need to implement this right away to avoid any possibility of going back to old habits.
