Consultation sales training review: “Appreciate a different point of view”

The most important things I learned was how to appreciate a different point of view, and how to explain F.A.B. (features, advantages and benefits). I’ll be implementing this starting tomorrow. The trainer was straight to the point, which I totally appreciate. He didn’t let us to fall asleep, which counts.
