Consultation sales training review: “Make the patient feel welcome”
I learned how to make the patient feel welcome, how to get as much information out of them without being too intrusive, and how to get the sale. Rod’s positives: He seems really motivated and has passed this on to me. Negatives: He wouldn’t let me use excuses. I particularly liked the chanting to get the 8 steps embedded in our minds.
