Bringing our passion for practice development to the ZEISS European Refractive Symposium in Amsterdam
It is a rare treat to be given the opportunity to share what one loves to do with allied professionals who serve the same customers. We experienced this opportunity with the launch of our book entitled “How to Grow Your Practice with Presbyopic Patients” in Amsterdam last month. Aimed at ZEISS laser refractive customers and the applications staff that support them, we truly believe that that this book will become their “PDC Recipe Book” for years to come.
Training ZEISS staff to identify growth opportunities for their customers
We began the conference training ZEISS sales, applications and PDC staff on Practice Development Consulting (PDC). Over the two days, we covered our 5-Step Private Healthcare Marketing System and explained many of the tactics we use when growing our customers’ refractive surgery practices.
Exposing ZEISS customers to practice development consulting and how it can grow their practices
We then led a workshop for ZEISS customers about PDC. In this session, we led surgeons and practice administrators through the 5-Steps, the customer value journey, and how to evaluate a call handler’s reception of a prospective patient’s first call to a refractive surgery practice.
Showing how to quadruple the laser eye surgery market with presbyopic patients
Several days later, Rod Solar addressed the entire symposium. It was here that he spoke about the opportunity to quadruple the size of the laser eye surgery market! Refractive surgery stands at the start of a slope of opportunity, and it’s exciting to promote the new advances that push the forefront of medical technology into the future. That is where we also officially launched our book in Europe, How to Grow Your Practice with Presbyopic Patients.
We are so grateful to ZEISS for the opportunity to speak at 2018 European Refractive Laser Surgery Symposium. Bringing our passion for practice development to your staff and customers wouldn’t be possible without you.
Thanks again to everyone who helped make this ERLS in Amsterdam an outstanding success and we hope to return next year!
