QU: We asked Manmeet… What the problem was for clinic staff before training…

MC: I’ve been in sales for, since I was 16, and I believe that you are always growing, we’re always learning something new and sometimes, as time goes on, we tend to go away from what we know is the right way. And we need refreshers now and again and today I felt, like, I’ve learned how to go back to basics in sales.

QU: We asked Manmeet… What she think the clinic staff learned at training

MC: Going back to basics was really the key point today and generally just learning new things. I’ve never had a training by LiveseySolar before so I really found it to be amazing. Things that I’ll probably take away are very easy to apply and it’s just having reminders there, really.

QU: We asked Manmeet … What she hoped would happen for the clinic staff as a result of training…

MC: I’ve listened to a few of my mystery calls before this training, but listening to it I was, I can’t believe this is me! (Because I had gone away from what I knew is the actual process.) So I’d love to listen to myself after putting into practice a few of the tips that were given today. And generally seeing my conversation rate go up higher as the training goes on.
