Consultation sales training review: “Deal with difficult patients”
From the training, I have developed more confidence in what I’m saying to patients. I’ve learned different ways to deal with different/same situations. I have also learned how to deal with and diffuse difficult patients. I will introduce this system as soon as I’m back at work. The trainer was very enthusiastic all of the time, which made us feel enthusiastic also. I would like to suggest that he consider more how an individual may feel when they are picked out of the front to speak and stand up in front of everyone and act. I would ask them all first how they would feel to be put in that situation.
