Consultation sales training review: “Empathise with a patient”

I learned how to go about asking for the payment, how to get a patient to trust you, and how to empathize with a patient. I’ll be implementing this system starting Tuesday when I go back to work and onwards from there. The trainer was quit energetic from morning to evening which made it more fun, but it takes me a while to liven up in the morning, so it was a bit too much to early.
