Consultation sales training review: “Extremely professional trainer”

Be yourself. Think ahead. Be in the patient’s shoes. I will do this on the next busy day. Rod is an extremely professional trainer who trains in ‘realistic’ terms rather than trying to get us to appear fake. His confidence is inspiring and it oozes out to give a really good impression of him. I have appreciated his patience with a few difficult people and his stride to keep the whole training session lively regardless of what people say or throw at him.
