Consultation sales training review: “Give a more personal service to the patient”
The most important things I learned was how to get a patient to trust you, how to empathise with a patient, and how to give a more personal service to the patient. This was a really good training session, well worth attending. I’ve learned a lot of new information that I will be implementing ASAP. All questions were answered and all changes, new ideas from Rod were explained so we all understood.
