Consultation sales training review: “How not to pressure patients”

Mainly, I learned how not to pressure patients. I learned how to ask questions about the patient and how to deal with different situations. I will put this system into place the next time we have consultation. At first I wasn’t too keen on the course but as it went on and on it got better and better. I think it will make the relationship between the patient and us a lot better, hopefully it will work. I did enjoy the training but didn’t like the role-plays and would find it easier to do we what learned on an actual patient. I think I have learned a lot from the course.  Even though I don’t speak the way Rod does, I might try and change things a little. Thanks.
