Consultation sales training review: “How to build rapport”

I now have a better understanding on how to build rapport. I have more self-confidence in my role. I have more/better ways of how to explain and deal with all kinds of patients. Rod was very upbeat and constant; perhaps a little too much role-play on first day as it was a bit uncomfortable like a  false environment.
