Consultation sales training review: “How to lead the consultation process”

I learned how to take control of the patient’s time in the clinic, how to lead the consultation process, and how to ask for money confidently. I also learned how to address people concerns with treatment, how to conduct the patient journey more professionally and how to book “thinkers”. The trainer had a positive attitude. He kept everyone motivated with different aspects of the course and involved everyone. The trainer explained everything in an easy to understand format. He involved everyone in discussions. It was good for different clinics to discuss different attitudes with surgeons and optometrists, clinic layouts etc…
