I give it a 10 because I found the course enlightening and I felt it would be beneficial to anyone who wants to learn how to improve thier own skills regarding customer service and also embark on a journey of self discovery.  The course demonstrated that mainitaining a positive attitude and looking ‘outside of the box’ can definately have a huge inpact on the customers experience and also how much you can enjoy your job.
