9 to 10 I think it was very interesting for our Clinic and me. I learned something new and something old but in a better way Now I have learned to speak with the patient on an other level. We became friends but I have the controll of our sales conversation.

I was very afraid of the role play but in your course it was very easy and I learned a lot. I talked during the role play with my neighbour about some problems by the sales conversation and we could clarify it during the role play.
