Spire Healthcare employees’ self-confidence soars after telephone sales training

One of the best outcomes from telephone sales training is the increase in self-confidence gained by participants during and after training.
As we always do, we conducted an anonymous staff reaction survey immediately after our healthcare telephone sales training course with Spire Healthcare. In response to the question “What top three things did you learn at the training?”, answers included:
