Consultation sales training review: “This set a new standard”

I learned about the proper way to bond with a patient. Also if the patient seems reluctant, we know how to deal with that. Also, I learned how to properly identify objections.  The trainer made sure the training wasn’t boring. I have been to a lot of training and this set a new standard. I feel that although a lot of the training can be implemented there are probably a few issues that won’t work in our clinic. But we will try them anyway. I don’t like doing role-play, as I am quite a shy person, so I didn’t like most parts of it, but can see it will probably benefit me. I did feel a bit more confident on the 2nd day (I even volunteered to answer part of it).
