Consultation sales training review: “Training needs to be done with all in our company”

I found it useful to review the patient journey we already conduct, but also how to make it better by overcoming objections, reducing resistance and getting referrals. The training was constructed well and made a lot of sense. I think that this same training needs to be done with the all the optometrists and doctors in our company as well.
