You cannot stop listening

I really liked the course and there where a lot of things to learn for me. Especially things we already knew but didn’t practise anymore, like taking the customer to his seat.

There are some points I would mention: the way Rod describes is very picturesque and you cannot stop listening. You are mirrored in many ways and you are reminded of things you just forgot. You will never be bored while the course and you will always be listening because otherwhise you could miss something.
