Telephone sales training review: “Dominant buying motives”

I learned to build better rapport with patients in order to obtain dominant buying motives, and how to empathise with dominant buying motives and link to the freedoms they will receive. I was able to implement these procedures relatively quickly. They were difficult to fully implement but with regular use and familiarization, they became easier. I felt the training was very informative and useful, my only ‘criticism’ would be it was very advanced and needed to be more ‘user friendly’.
